Buttons & Bugs: A Coloring Adventure

The shrinking-room illustrations are genuinely creepy in the best way, and I love that each page hides little bugs to find while you color. Honestly didn't expect a coloring book to make me think this much about a cursed door.

My kid spends forever on the shrinking-building scenes, especially the cursed door spread, and the paper takes markers without bleeding through. It's basically a coloring book and a story at once, which keeps him busy way longer than I expected.

The artwork pulls you straight into that shrinking-building feeling the description hints at, and the line weight is heavy enough that my markers don't bleed through. I've been coloring a page or two every night after work and it's weirdly calming for something with bugs in it.
